Context
NoGrays is a WordPress and WooCommerce e-shop promoting a hair-care product.
My role
As a WordPress developer I built the whole NoGrays e-shop on WooCommerce.
Challenge
The biggest challenge for me was working with the WooCommerce API, customizing the cart template and debugging on the server side while preparing server-side events for the Facebook Conversion API.
Solution
- The website is coded from a Figma design as a classic WordPress theme, with content management for pages, the blog, menus and separate sections that I prepared as PHP functions.
- WooCommerce is connected to the WooPayments gateway, which supports card payments as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- I built a custom contact form for product returns that reuses the look of the WooCommerce email templates.
- Customers can register and manage their orders and addresses in their account.
